Macco Motors – The Dapper Vagabond

_MG_3398Macco Motors continue their success at producing highly desirable custom Triumph Twin’s – their latest creation the ‘The Dapper Vagabond’  is based on a 2006 Carb Model Bonneville, a bike which when purchased had a mere 7.000km (4,350 miles) on the clock.
_MG_3400The Dapper Vagabond was commissioned by Klaus, a keen Macco Motors and Triumph fan, who is based in Germany – which is a somewhat closer to Macco Motors base of operations in Cadiz, Spain when compared to Miami, Florida, which is where the 2006 Triumph Bonneville Black, aka the Maltese Falcon found is home._MG_3412“We went into the street tracker look, mixed with the scrambler look. With this idea, we started the previous design for Klaus. It was easy to agree on it: mixed tyres, perfect for the city and to have fun at the countryside; a enduro style front mudguard, steel side panels, scrambler handlebars and a two in one exhaust system.”_MG_3418The latest Macco creation features all the modification many of us have come to expect of a custom Twin, paired with Macco Motors styling cues. Again Jose and Tito have used many of the very best off-the-shelf, accessories, including those from Hagon, Biltwell, Avon and LSL as well as a selection of Macco Motors own custom made parts – all put together perfectly in the more than capable hands of the duo._MG_3429

“We went for the dark brown color at the seat, with a vintage rombhus pattern, that fits the brown at the fuel tank at the sides, and black matt in the rest”._MG_3383
