Facundo/Shibuya Garage 2005 Bonneville

This beautiful Café Racer is based on a 2005 Triumph Bonneville and belongs to Facundo Guerra who has owed the bike since new. Facundo employed Shibuya Garage of São Paulo, Brazil, to do the assembley of the bike to his design and requirements. This is a great idea if you don’t want or have the time to do the work yourself, as then you get the bike you want with professional build quality that is so desirable if you ever come to sell the bike.

The main feature of this Café Racer is that Carbon Fibre gas tanks made by Benjie Cafe Racer who built the Steampunk Racer we featured in December. Other Carbon BCR parts include the headlight bucket which holds the speedo and a front mudguard.

The bike also sports parts such as the British Customs Performance Kit, a weight and space saving Ion-lithium battery and custom battery holder. Other features added by Facundo include Ace Bars, Ohlins Shocks and Custom pegs. Beautiful as this bike is, it’s no weekend runabout and is often used on road trips from Rio de Janeiro to Suriname.
