Bonnefication just a few weeks ago published a few Triumphs by Tuscany based Alos Group, who built three very nice custom Twins. Not taking a rest from the workshop, apart to visit this years Bike Shed event in London (sorry I missed you guys) Raffaele and Stefano Ferraro have been busy building more custom Triumph Twins. But on this occasion on the budget of just 3,000€. Even on a tight budget the guys have come up with a very good looking machine.Starting with a Bonneville Black and keeping the budget down, Raffaele and Stefano Ferraro decided not to use their trademark tank, instead keeping the stock item and having it, as well as the shortened mudguards and side cover painted in satin Black – unitentianly giving the ‘Terrain‘ the ‘David Beckham’ look. But unlike the Beckham T100 this knobbly tired street scrambler has been fitted with the Zard 2>1 Cross Low exhaust, which is great looking and great sounding pipe, which also helps give the bike an extra +5 HP and adding to a 15kg weight loss.To complete the look, a custom made seat was made and covered in tan aged leather, a seat which goes very nicely with the satin black paintwork. The Bonneville Black also uses many of Alo’s groups own range of a parts including their ignition relocation bracket and sprocket covers, all of which Im told are made in Italy and are sold via their website.
If you are interested in having something similar, Im told Alo’s group will sell you the compete kit, which is very handy.
