Macco Motors 2010 T100 – The Pilgrim

_MG_0975Macco Motors continue their success of building super cool Triumph Twins with their latest build ‘The Pilgrim’ which is based on a 2010 Triumph Bonneville T100._MG_0981As I have explained in previous articles, Macco Motors Triumph Twins are variations on a theme, with each build being slightly different to last, and yet still being unmistakably a Macco Motors creation.Which is exactly what Jarlath from Belfast in Ireland wanted when he called to Jose and Tito asking them to build him a bike, though he was open to new ideas when it came to the paint scheme  inspiration for which came from an old Yamaha tank, which was recreated for the T100 in Macco trademark matt black and raw metal paint scheme._MG_1004The bike has had all the essential Macco modification as their previous builds, including front and rear suspension upgraded, new industrial looking vented fibreglass side panels, frame chop, custom seat and short fibreglass front and rear mudguards._MG_1050The front of the Bonneville has been tidied and lightened by fitting a meshed Bates style bottom mounted headlight and a Motogadget Tiny speedo – The bars have been swopped for Billtwell Tracker bars which were fitted with stock switches and Billtwell grips.Finishing ‘The Pilgrim’ off is a scattering of LSL parts and relocation brackets, a set of the super cool Shorty Supertrapp Exhausts which have been black wrapped –  and finally the wheels have been re-shod in Metzeler Tourance’s Dual Sport Tyres. To sum up, another great build from one of the leading custom Triumph Twin builders, a build which Jose and Tito and of course Jarlath love.
